Support hours do not roll over. However, each month we’ll make sure your hours are fully utilized with essential updates and checks.
Can I be on a support plan even if you didn’t build my website?
It depends. In the web design world, it’s pretty common for designers to build your site and then disappear, leaving you stuck trying to manage a website you don’t know how to. We don’t want you to be left in the dark, so whether or not we can support your site depends on its current condition. This also applies to websites you’ve built yourself.
